I’d like to start off by saying that the Baker or whom was the face to La Peque is no where to be found. She has all these duplicated post on Facebook marketplace. Then you reach out maybe a month , or week in advance. No replies. Which I understand since sometimes people don’t keep up with Facebook. Valid. Then you reach out through her personal business instagram page. Which tells you to call the phone number listed here publicly. Also no replies through instagram direct message. You then click on her business email. Also no reply via EMAILS. You then reach out VIA LINKTREE do the whole order request process no response or anything. Which then you resort to calling the business number so many times from different phones , nothing. Doesn’t reply to calls or texts. So what’s left. You physically drive to the place of business listed above. Only to ask , and find out she doesn’t even work there or share the franchise anymore. Therefore this woman deserves - stars. Horrible customer service. The least she could do is remove her business from yelp, Google and all search platforms so other humans like myself no longer bother her. You might ask, why not go elsewhere. I did. The convince

If I can leave them a no star review I would Came in a bought cake for my grandparents who are in a hospital and by the time I noticed that I seen mold on the cake my grandparents had ate it. Customer service was awful came in upset obviously and they didn’t even give me my full money back .

Ordered a 3 tier cake and received a 2 tiered. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The owner not the worker. I called her after the wedding to discuss amount other things and she completely refused to take any responsibility. Flavor is fantastic but the construction was a 3 of 10. Baker/owner was advised cake was going 2.5 hrs away and this is what we received. Of course cake melted and fell over during transportation in over 100 degree weather and even had the audacity to ask if we left it in the car! The cake construction was a total fail.

I am so disappointed and embarrassed that I served this cake to my guests at my kids party. This was the most driest cake I’ve ever tried. This cake tasted like it was sitting out for days. Every time we would try to cut it or grab it with a fork it would fall apart from being so dry. I do not recommend this place at all! The presentation of the cake looked nice but wow I can’t believe they played me like this! It’s my fault I should’ve believed the reviews. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I order a cake with fresh strawberries… the cake did not come with strawberries… badly made it was dry will never come back … she called me a liar and I took the the cake back did not apologize for the wrong cake and with a bad attitude she only gave me a $5 refund for her mistake … bad service nasty cakes do not give this bad place your money… also I wanted a hello kitty and she did the sides green blue and orange! Did not even put no effort !!
